Strength & Conditioning
Get the most bang for your buck from every session!
Work on your individualised resistance and conditioning program in a fun, supportive and driven environment. Programs include regular testing sessions and injury prevention modalities.
Classes run mornings and afternoons.
Junior Athletic Development
Engage in the fundamentals of Athletic Development amongst young athletes from various sports. These include education and implementation of appropriate protocols for warm-up, injury prevention, improvements in strength, power, speed and aerobic capacity.
These programs are run intensively across the School Holidays.
Currently classes are run most afternoons.
